The Services will commence on the date Client’s order is accepted by MasterSiteManager.com (the “Effective Date”) and will continue on the basis of successive billing periods of 30 days (with the first day of each billing period being a “Billing Date”) thereafter until terminated by either party.
MasterSiteManager.com will charge the Client’s credit card on each Billing Date for the billing period beginning on that date. If funds or not available or MasterSiteManager.com otherwise is unable to collect any fees when due, MasterSiteManager.com may continue to submit charges on Client’s credit card from time to time until all fees due are paid.
MasterSiteManager.com may suspend all or any portion of the Services at any time when fees are due and unpaid.
Client may cancel their membership and billing at anytime by terminating their PayPal subscription from within their paypal account or by contacting us directly if paying by credit card.
