Over the weekend we had a few reports of users whose keywords weren’t showing up in their account control panels. The problem stemmed from a database update we did last week that was designed to speed up the system stats look-ups.
This was accomplished by splitting the database over multiple servers. Unfortunately, one of our programmers forgot to update the database look up table, and so a few users (less the then 4) were not getting their stats updated as quickly as normal.
The issue has been corrected and now all user accounts are operational, with the added advantage of even faster look-up speeds for both keywords and general statistics.
I personally apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you or your clients.
